KATHMANDU, Sept. 12 -- The low-pressure trough of the current monsoon is situated around its average position, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).

Today: The skies will generally be cloudy across the country. Moderate rainfall is likely in parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim provinces. The MFD has warned of chances of heavy rainfall at one or two locations in Koshi, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim.
