Nepal, July 17 -- The entire country is currently under the influence of the monsoon system. Additionally, a low-pressure area around Uttar Pradesh, India, is also affecting weather conditions in Nepal. The monsoon trough is positioned near the average location, as per the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).At present, the skies across the country are generally cloudy. Light to moderate rainfall, along with thunder and lightning, is occurring in some areas of Gandaki Province, a few places in Bagmati and Lumbini Provinces, and isolated locations in other provinces.
