KATHMANDU, Feb. 13 -- Yakshalal Chamar, 65, and his 11-year-old grandson Gaucharan Chamar, who live in Susta Rural Municipality-3, Marchahawa, Nawalparasi, were found dead. They were discovered about 500 meters south of the house at 5:55 on Tuesday morning.

Ramesh Bohra, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Nawalparasi West, said that their bodies were found lying 15 meters apart. They had been living and farming in a dirt hut covered with thatch for the last 4.5 years.

Yakshalal was living with a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons and a granddaughter. His son had gone to India a month and a half ago for work.
