Nepal, Jan. 25 -- The government has unveiled details of 52 defaulters who have been dilly dallying to clear their outstanding dues to various government organizations.

Issuing a public notice on Sunday, the Financial Comptroller General Office (FCGO) disclosed the details of the defaulters that include three foreign companies, business persons and a number of contractors.

Among them, Texana Resources Company of Texas, USA owes Rs 202.18 million to the government. Likewise, Emirates Associated Business Group of Abu Dhabi, UAE owes Rs 40.08 million and BBB Champions Oil Company of Houston, USA is left to pay Rs 22.27 million.

The FCGO has given a 35-day deadline to clear the dues to the defaulters or to face legal action. "Failing to cl...
