Nepal, April 22 -- The National Examination Board (NEB) has decided to stick to their original schedule for conducting Grade XII examinations, even if civil servants have to be mobilized in place of teachers who choose not to participate.
A meeting held today in Sanothimi reached this decision, urging students not to remain in confusion. Despite the ongoing protest by the Nepal Teachers' Association (NTA) and its decision not to cooperate in conducting the exams, which had of course created uncertainty among students and guardians, the NEB confirmed that the exams will proceed as per the schedule.
