KATHMANDU, May 3 -- The government is now going to provide Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) to pregnant and postpartum women.

So far, the government has been providing only iron, folic acid and vitamin A to pregnant and postpartum women. With the help of Helen Keller International Nepal and UNICEF, the government is going to distribute such nutrients, according to the Family Welfare Division of the Department of Health Services.
