Nepal, July 22 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is investing a total of US $2.30 billion (around Rs 313 billion) in the next five years in Nepal through collaborating with the Government of Nepal (GoN) under its new strategic partnership.

Launching the ADB's Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) for Nepal 2025-2029, the multilateral lending organisation made the announcement in the capital on Tuesday. The ADB will be injecting the aforementioned amount in the form of grants, loans or assistanceship to Nepal. The priorities of the programs will be set by the GoN.
