KATHMANDU, Feb. 6 -- The government tabled the annual reports of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority and National Human Rights Commission in the Parliament on Wednesday.
On behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bhanubhakta Dhakal tabled the reports in the session of the House of Representatives which were earlier received from the President's Office.
CIAA Chief Commissioner Navin Ghimire had presented the organization's 28th annual report to President Bidya Devi Bhandari last month and recently forwarded to the House of Representatives. The same report will now be discussed in the parliamentary committee.
