Nepal, July 17 -- The government in the fiscal year 2024/25 collected revenue of Rs 1.178 trillion, an 11.33 percent increase from the amount collected in the previous FY. The records with the Financial Comptroller General Office (FCGO) show that the revenue collection stood at only Rs 1.058 trillion in the FY 2023/24. The amount soared by Rs 120 billion in the review period.
