Nepal, Sept. 17 -- The government's budget expenditure stands at 9.17 percent as of mid-September of the current Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26.
During the first two months of the current FY, 9.67 percent of the budget has been spent on current expenses, 1.56 percent on capital expenses and 15.89 percent on financial management, according to the Office of the Comptroller General.
This year, a total budget of Rs 1.96411 trillion was brought and the budget expenditure was Rs 180.18 million by September 16.
