KATHMANDU, Feb. 3 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Bishnu Paudel reiterated the government's stance that the dues of construction entrepreneurs for the previous year have already been paid. Speaking at a program organized by the Female Economic Journalist Association (FEJA), Finance Minister Paudel said that the current government has fulfilled all the payment obligations of the previous government.

Minister Paudel said that although there were some challenges in paying the previous year's liabilities through the current fiscal year's budget, the Ministry of Finance has now fulfilled that responsibility.
