Nepal, April 22 -- The government has instructed all ministries, commissions, and subordinate bodies to strictly enforce the Anti-Corruption (First Amendment) Act, 2081.

A circular issued by Chudamani Paudel, secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, emphasized the need for effective implementation of Section 17 (a), which holds officials accountable for losses caused by deliberate delays in decision-making.
