Nepal, April 22 -- The price of gold surged by Rs 6,900 in the domestic market on Tuesday, approaching Rs 200,000 mark per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of fine gold, which was Rs 191,000 per tola on the previous day, rose to Rs 197,900 per tola on Tuesday.
