Nepal, Sept. 25 -- After a week of continuous rise since September 19, gold and silver prices fell on Thursday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold dropped by Rs 1,700 per tola, with the trading price set at Rs 221,300 per tola. On Wednesday, gold had risen by Rs 1,300 per tola, reaching Rs 223,000.

Silver also declined by Rs 15 per tola, with the new rate fixed at Rs 2,685 per tola.
In the international market, gold is currently trading at $3,735.89 per ounce and silver at $43.43 per ounce, compared to the previous rates of $3,773.39 and $44.17 respectively.
