Nepal, May 21 -- The government has delivered relief materials to Tilgaon in Namkha Rural Municipality-6, Humla, which was hit by a recent glacial lake outburst flood followed by a landslide.
According to Chief District Officer Narayan Pandey, the District Disaster Management Committee (DDMC) dispatched essential supplies including food and other relief items.
The relief package comprises 10 quintals of rice, 30 quintals of flour, 100 liters of cooking oil, 2 quintals each of salt and sugar, and 1 quintal each of puffed rice and beaten rice. Additionally, vegetables such as potatoes and leafy greens, along with tea, soap, and medicines, were sent to support the affected families.
