KATHMANDU, Feb. 27 -- Kulman Ghising, Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), has submitted a response to the clarification sought by the government. On Tuesday, the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation had sought a 24-hour clarification from Ghising, where he submitted his response on Thursday.

In the clarification asked to Kulman for a second time, the first issue was the question of why he should not be removed from his post. The second issue was related to his visit and work.
