Nepal, Sept. 19 -- The Gen-Z group has demanded the arrest of former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak and Chief District Officer of Kathmandu, Chhabi Rijal.

In a press conference held at Sambad Dabali in the capital on Friday, the group accused them of misusing state power to suppress a movement and called for their immediate arrest.

Dr Nicholas Bhusal, advisor to Gen-Z, stated that the National Assembly should be dissolved and the constitution amended to allow for the direct election of an executive Prime Minister. He also demanded the formation of a high-level commission to investigate the wealth of all high-ranking leaders and government officials since 1990 AD.
