POKHARA, June 3 -- Gandaki Province recently began the task for demarcating the borders of its local units and wards, starting from Kaski.
Work has been expedited to demarcate the borders of Pokhara Metropolitan City, Annapurna Rural Municipality and Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality since Friday. Lekh Bahadur Thapa, Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Co-operatives of Gandaki Province, launched the border demarcation on Friday.
Minister Thapa stated that the work will be completed within the upcoming fiscal year. According to him, the demarcation of Kaski will be finished within this fiscal year.
