Nepal, Jan. 14 -- The rival faction at the Special General Convention, currently underway at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu, rejected the disciplinary action taken against Gagan Thapa, Bishwa Prakash Sharma and Farmullah Mansoor as unauthorized.
