Nepal, Feb. 20 -- Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has presented evidence claiming that Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane was directly involved in a cooperative scam.

At an open Q&A session in Kathmandu on Thursday, Thapa displayed court documents and check records to back his allegations. "Some friends have asked for proof in the comments. Today, I am presenting it with evidence," Thapa said. "These are not my allegations-they come from Nepal's respected Supreme Court division bench and records filed in various district courts."
