Kathmandu, Nov. 28 -- In the last decade, both Nepal and India have taken significant initiatives to expand their digital infrastructure and platforms. Their technological relationship has thus reached a critical juncture- attaining better cross-border connectivity, strengthening the ICT sector, and improving overall bilateral ties.
