Nepal, Sept. 22 -- Newly-appointed ministers were sworn in at a special ceremony held at the Office of the President at Sheetal Niwas. President Ramchandra Paudel administered them the oath of office and secrecy.

The ministers taking their oath include former Justice Anil Kumar Sinha, National Innovation Center founder Mahabir Pun, journalist Jagdish Kharel and expert Madan Pariyar.
