Nepal, Feb. 3 -- Former lawmaker of Constituent Assembly and former minister Jitendra Dev has once again resigned from the CPN-UML, citing serious disagreements with the party's internal functioning.Issuing a statement on Wednesday, Dev said he decided to leave the party as tendencies promoting individualism and the "deification" of leadership had become increasingly dominant within the UML.
