Nepal, June 4 -- The Federation of Export Entrepreneurs Nepal (FEEN) submitted a set of recommendations to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, urging the government to boost exports, build national capital, create jobs, and promote import substitution.
A delegation led by the FEEN's newly elected president, Govinda Prasad Ghimire, met Prime Minister Oli today at his official residence in Baluwatar and handed over a seven-point memorandum. The FERN called on the government to prioritize economic growth and export promotion in the upcoming budget, especially amid the current economic slowdown. It also highlighted several overlooked issues and asked the government to address them promptly.
