KATHMANDU, Jan. 26 -- In yet another tragic case stemming out of inter-caste discrimination rampant in rural Nepal, a teenage couple who had eloped merely four days ago in Rukum West has been found dead inside the shed adjoining the house of the teenage boy.

As per the District Police Office (DPO), Rukum West, the teenagers who had fled home seeking respite in a love marriage were discovered lifeless in the shed in Khumcheri village of Triveni Rural Municipality-4 at 9 am on Saturday. Police have identified the deceased as Lokendra Khadka, 19, and Sapana Pun Magar, 19.
