Kathmandu, Dec. 5 -- The Election Commission (EC) has called on political parties interested in contesting under the Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system for the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election to submit their applications within three days. Issuing a notice on Friday, the EC invited parties to file applications from December 7 (10 AM) to December 10 (4 PM).
