Kathmandu, Nov. 17 -- The Election Commission has made public a draft of the code of conduct of the election to the House of Representatives (HoR) member announced for coming March 5. The Commission has solicited recommendations and inputs from different stakeholders on the draft within a week. The draft was made public through the official website of the commission seeking inputs on the preliminary draft.
