Nepal, July 6 -- Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Sunday increased marginally by 2.40 points to close at 2,706.36 points.
The secondary market opened at 2,703.96 points and initially plunged to the day's low at 2.697.92 points in the first 19 minutes, while it spiked successively to reach as high as 2,721.58 points in the midway of the four-hour trading time.

The index, however, declined in the second half by around 15 points to close for the day. Seven out of the 13 groups were marked as the gainers, with 'others' posting the highest single-day gain of 70.86 points in its index.
