Kathmandu, Nov. 19 -- Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Wednesday declined by 4.98 points to close at 2,561.08 points.The secondary market opened at 2,566.07 points and escalated to the day's high at 2,579.64 points in the first 11 minutes. In the next moment, the index went down gradually to reach the day's low at 2,551.23 points, while the market recovered around 10 points in the remaining period before it closed for the day.
