Kathmandu, Dec. 10 -- Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has said full implementation of human rights is a need of the hour to bolster inclusive democracy and social justice.

Extending his message of best wishes on the occasion of the 77th Human Rights Day today, Coordinator Dahal argued that neither a civilized and prosperous society nor a true democracy can be realized in the absence of social justice.
