Nepal, April 14 -- While protests are taking place all over Kathmandu, civil servants are also preparing to join the movement. They have warned that if the Federal Civil Service Act is not introduced immediately, they will take to the streets in protest.
According to Uttam Katuwal, the acting senior vice president of the Nepal Civil Servants Union (NCSU), office bearers from the Nepal Civil Employees Organization, NCSU, Nepal National Civil Servants Organization (NNCSO), Unified Government Employees Organization and the Independent Civil Servants Organization met with Speaker Devraj Ghimire on Sunday, urging him to bring the Act without delay.
