Kathmandu, Dec. 1 -- A truck carrying cement (Ga 2 Kha 0840) from Bhairahawa to Darwang fell 60 meters below the road into the Myagdi River at Phaparkhet. In the incident that took place at around 2:30 this morning, the truck driver, Govinda Bahadur Khamcha, 34, of Madanpokhara, Tansen Municipality-8, Palpa, was rescued.Security personnel have rescued the driver who fell into the Myagdi River along with his truck in Phaparkhet, located on the border of Beni Municipality-4 and Mangala Rural Municipality-2 along the Beni-Darwang road, Police Inspector Sagar Timilsina said.
