Nepal, Oct. 7 -- Nepal's national women's cricket team captain Indu Barma has become the first Nepali female player to score 1,000 runs in T20 international cricket.
Indu reached the milestone during the fourth match of the series against Malaysia on Tuesday, remaining unbeaten with 48 runs. She achieved the feat in her 77th T20 match.

With this accomplishment, Indu now tops the list of highest run-scorers among Nepali women cricketers.
