Nepal, Dec. 26 -- With little visible progress towards holding the Nepali Congress (NC)' regular general convention before the March 5 House of Representatives (HoR) polls, pressure is mounting within the party for an alternative course. Youth leader Shankar Tiwari has emerged as a vocal proponent of a special general convention, warning that continued indecision by the party leadership risks deepening internal frustration.
