Nepal, March 3 -- Former Italian captain and goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon expressed his desire to see Nepal play in major tournaments such as the Asian Cup, World Cup, and other global football competitions.

At a press conference on Sunday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kathmandu, Buffon said that Nepal needs to invest in infrastructure and other areas to compete in major football events.
