Nepal, May 30 -- Discussions on the government's annual estimates of revenue and expenditure for the upcoming Fiscal Year (FY) are set to begin in the House of Representatives from next Tuesday. The Federal Parliament Secretariat on Friday released a work schedule up to June 29, stating that the budget discussions will start from Tuesday.
According to the schedule, during the first meeting on June 6, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel will respond to the questions raised during the discussion. The government will also present the Appropriation Bill and the Bill to Raise National Debt in the same meeting.
