Nepal, June 27 -- Barun Hydropower is set to issue rights shares worth Rs 535.8 million starting July 15. The company will offer 100 percent rights shares at a par value of Rs 100 per unit.

With a current paid-up capital of Rs 535.8 million, shareholders can apply for 5,358,150 rights shares until August 4 .
The hydropower company had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) in Jestha (May/June). RBB Merchant Banking is managing the issuance.
