Nepal, May 6 -- Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal has intensified disciplinary actions against its personnel for uploading unauthorized content on social media platforms.

According to APF Deputy Spokesperson DSP Shailendra Thapa, a total of 166 personnel, ranging from assistant inspectors to orderlies, have faced departmental action over the past two years for posting photos and videos in uniform on platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, IMO and WeChat without approval and in violation of the organization's code of conduct.
