Nepal, April 22 -- Two boys who went missing while swimming in the Danav River in Rupandehi have been found dead.

According to police, the bodies were recovered on Tuesday morning by a team of divers from the Armed Police Force (APF).

The victims have been identified as Umesh Yadav,13, and Munu Harijan,12. They had gone missing on Monday while swimming in the river near Lumbini Cultural Municipality-2.

The divers from the APF No. 42 Reserve Battalion in Banke were deployed for the search operation on the same night.
