Nepal, May 2 -- The Asian Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (AIDIA) hosted the second edition of its Distinguished Lecture series on Thursday, featuring Elnur Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, as the keynote speaker. The event, held in Kathmandu, explored the theme "Foreign Policy of Azerbaijan: Challenges and Opportunities."
