KATHMANDU, March 22 -- Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Spokesperson Manish Suman has said that a JSP candidate should be the ruling alliance's common candidate in the by-elections to be held on 23rd April in Bara Constituency No. 2.

He said that they will be entitled to the common candidate of the alliance in Bara-2. "We are expecting that a JSP candidate will be the common candidate of the ruling coalition in Bara-2." He said that the people elected from there before also belong to JSP.
