KATHMANDU, Aug. 31 -- Minister for Communications and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung announced that 5G testing will begin in Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara Valley by mid-February this year.

Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu to mark the 25th anniversary and silver jubilee of the Film Development Board, Minister Gurung said the government is in the final stage of implementing the Digital Nepal Framework. He said that the framework would soon be endorsed by the cabinet and brought into implementation.
