Nepal, July 3 -- A 366-meter-long suspension bridge costing Rs 23.13 million has been constructed over the Dar River, connecting Phaliya village and Dar in Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality-3.

The bridge was built by the Local Infrastructure Development Project based in Pokhara. With its completion, it has become easier for tourists trekking along the Dhaulagiri Circuit Trail.

Additionally, residents of Dar, Mudi, Khibang, Nerwang, Bagar, and Naura no longer have to take a long route to reach the center of the Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality in Muna.
