Nepal, March 20 -- Lawmaker Ram Hari Khatiwada has expressed concern over former King Gyanendra Shah's video message on February 18, in which he referred to himself as "Shree Paanch Maharajadhiraj" and hoisted the royal insignia flag.
In Thursday's meeting of the House of Representatives, MP Khatiwada stated that the government should urge the former king to respect the constitution.
