Nigeria, Nov. 27 -- A woman yet to be fully identified, has died in a hotel in Ore, the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government area of Ondo State, after she lodged there with her lover.

Sources say the woman and her lover, one Sodiq Ganiyu, spent the night at the hotel but when hotel workers entered the room on Wednesday afternoon, the woman was found lifeless.

The hotel, located along the busy Ore-Okitipupa Road and known as a regular stop for travellers and locals, became a scene of distress when workers found the lady lying motionless on the bed.

"The two were seen together earlier in the day, but when staff gained access to the room, the lady was found unresponsive," the source said.
