Nigeria, Nov. 28 -- Terrorists in Kudodo village, Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State, have reportedly raped a 13-year-old girl [name withheld].

A source close to the family told this newspaper that the girl was raped by three men on Thursday evening while returning from the market.

"She was returning from Galadima Kogo market with her brother when the incident happened," the source said.

Our source cannot confirm the girl's condition at the moment.

"I have been trying to reach the family since they told me earlier this evening," he said.

At press time, the status of the girl's brother remains unknown.

"I don't know if he's missing or at home now," he said.
