Nigeria, Nov. 25 -- The Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Kingsley Chinda, has accused the federal government of failing to act decisively against Nigeria's escalating security crisis, declaring bluntly that "government is sleeping" while citizens live in fear.
Mr Chinda spoke during the special security session convened by the House, an extraordinary sitting dedicated solely to addressing the rising insecurity that has left citizens anxious, communities displaced and security agencies overwhelmed.
