Nigeria, Nov. 13 -- The Supreme Court on Wednesday fixed November 15 to explain why it dismissed the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, against the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

PREMIUM TIMES had reported how the apex court dismissed the appeal by the petitioners.

A seven-member panel of judges led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Tanko Muhammad, unanimously gave the summary decision. It announced the court would later give reasons for the dismissal.
