Nigeria, Sept. 16 -- The Niger State Government has announced a N5 billion seed fund for the reactivation of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) mini campus at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport, Minna.
Governor Mohammed Bago made the pledge when he received the management of NCAT, Zaria, during their visit to the airport. He said the fund will cover the construction of classrooms and hostels to facilitate the reopening of the institution's mini campus in the state.
Governor Bago said his administration is committed to making the Minna airport a hub for aviation and agriculture, noting that the project would also reduce costs associated with sending students abroad for aviation training.
