Nigeria, Sept. 16 -- Abimbola Adebisi, a superintendent of police, has been appointed as the new spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command.
The appointment was announced on Monday in a statement by the Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Babaseyi Oluseyi, on behalf of the Lagos Commissioner of Police.
Ms Adebisi takes over from Benjamin Hundeyin, who was recently promoted to chief superintendent of police and named the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO) at police national headquarters.
PREMIUM TIMES reported that Mr Hundeyin succeeded Muyiwa Adejobi, who was redeployed to Delta State.
